By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Products
We specialise in die cut shapes for crafting, including leather, felt and paper materials.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Due to the natural characteristics of materials, colours and textures may vary slightly.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order until payment has been received.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payment is securely processed via PayPal.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Orders under £25 are subject to a flat shipping fee.
Orders over £25 qualify for free UK shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Returns & Cancellation (UK Consumer Rights)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
7. Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
