- Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be unused
Items must be returned in their original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging (where applicable)
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the issue to resolve the matter quickly.
If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A full refund (including standard delivery costs where applicable)
- Non‑Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handmade and small batch items, we cannot accept returns on customised or personalised products unless faulty.
